Accepted Answer

Yes. We routinely machine titanium grades 2 and 5, 1.4404 / 316L and other implant-grade stainless steels, plus aluminium 7075, brass, copper and engineering plastics such as PEEK and POM.

What batch sizes do you handle?

Accepted Answer

From a single prototype to mid-volume repeat series of several thousand parts per year. Our model is precision Mittelstand: small enough to be flexible, equipped enough to be repeatable.

Do you provide material certificates and inspection reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. EN 10204 2.1 / 2.2 / 3.1 material certificates and CMM measurement reports are available on request. First-article inspection per AS9102 or customer template on aerospace and medical contracts.

How do you handle drawings and IP?

Accepted Answer

STEP, IGES, DXF and PDF are accepted. We sign NDAs before quoting on sensitive projects. Data is hosted in Germany, not on US clouds.

What lead times can we expect for the Rhine-Main area?

Accepted Answer

Prototype turnaround typically 5 to 15 working days depending on complexity. Repeat series planned against forecast. Same-day pickup from Darmstadt is possible for urgent orders.
