    CNC turning is our core competence. From delicate shafts inside instrumentation housings to robust adapters for industrial plant. Batches from one to ten thousand pieces, reproducible over years, shipped to customers in Germany, the EU, the UK, the USA and Asia.

    Turning centres with Y-axis

    EMCO Turn 65 and 345 with driven tools and Y-axis. Turning, milling, drilling and thread cutting in one setup, no secondary operation needed.

    Bar stock up to 65 mm

    Automatic bar feeder for economical series production. Round stock up to 65 mm diameter. Customer-supplied material welcome, batch-traceable processing.

    Micron-range tolerances

    Concentricity, roundness and cylindricity in the µ-range. Surface roughness down to Ra 0.4 µm without separate grinding. ISO fits H7, H8 per drawing.

    Small series to volume production

    Order spectrum from one prototype up to ten thousand parts per batch. Long-term contracts with staggered call-off deliveries, consignment stock on request.

    International shipping

    Germany 24–48h, EU 2–5 days, UK/CH by courier in 3–5 days, USA and Asia by air freight 5–10 days. Customs paperwork and EUR.1 included.
